This is your initial visit with the provider for evaluation of anxiety, depression, ADHD and evaluation for patients interested in the weight loss program. This visit lasts between 45-60 minutes and include detailed medical history, screening for anxiety and depression, assessment, and treatment recommendations and plan. If treatment plan requires labs, that will be ordered during the initial visit. This extended visit helps the provider to better understand your needs.
